Community guidelines

These community guidelines along with our Terms are designed to ensure that everyone who uses our app has a safe and positive experience on our platform. Failure to abide by these guidelines may result in your access being revoked.

We encourage everyone in our community to be their authentic selves and share a mutual level of kindness and respect towards each other.

Your safety is our top priority. Hunbun does not tolerate any abusive, insulting, threatening or discriminatory behavior. We provide our community with the necessary reporting tools and support centre via the app to ensure you have an enjoyable experience both on and off Hunbun.

Hunbun exists to help serious daters form a deep connection with someone before seeing them. It’s important to use and upload only your own photos. Additionally, we encourage you to spend time going through the Discover profiles and sending likes.

Don’t pretend to be someone you are not. Hunbun is serious about the safety and security of our community and we have processes in place to eliminate catfish. We have partnered with Onfido, which uses a hybrid of machine learning and human expertise to match the photos you uploaded on your profile with a selfie verification video to verify your authenticity. • Must include at least 6 clear photos of yourself

• Face must be clearly visible in all photos

• Do not upload the same photo multiple times

• No photos in bikinis or swimwear unless you are at the beach on in a pool

• No pictures in your underwear or shirtless

• No filters, watermarks or text overlaid

• No photos of children on their own, must be in the photo with an adult and fully clothed

• No nude or pornographic material

• No photos of any type of illegal activity (i.e. drugs or abusive, obscene behaviour)

• No graphic hunting photos

• No guns or weaponry

Let’s face it being ghosted sucks and we’re here to put an end to it. If your chat is about to expire or if you choose to unmatch with someone, we will remind you to send an anti-ghosting message.

This isn’t supposed to be daunting, it’s as simple as tapping on an option from a drop down list of reasons why you want to unmatch with this person. We think it’s only fair to give them some sort of reason behind your unmatch.

Illegal activity will not be tolerated on Hunbun. Additionally, Hunbun is not a marketplace - don’t use it for selling or promoting things.

We have a team of moderators that look into any content that suggests a breach of these guidelines and our terms. This guidelines is designed to ensure that the Hunbun community remains a safe place for all our members.
